Alcance . Para los efectos del presente decreto, la intervención de la autoridad aduanera se hará en relación con las mercancías supuestamente piratas o de marca falsa vinculadas a una operación de importación, de tránsito o de exportación. También quedan comprendidas las mercancías vinculadas a operaciones en zona franca.
