Art. 289 La persona que presenta ser amparada por pobre, deberá presentar por escrita su demanda ante el juez de circuito a que pertenezca su lugar de domicilio y en ella deberá ofrecer la prueba de su pobreza, expresado el lugar donde se ha de evacuar.
