Artículo tercero. Aclárase el artículo primero del Decreto legislativo número 2558 de 1954 (septiembre 1°), en el sentido de disponer que el auxilio por $ 500.000.00 ordenado a favor de la obra social denominada "Protección de la Joven", con destino a la creación, dotación y sostenimiento de jardines y granjas infantiles, se puede invertir en las obras de esta clase que se ejecuten tanto en Bogotá, como fuera de la capital de la República.
