El beneficio a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se concederá dentro de los cuatro (4) meses siguientes a la vigencia de la presente Ley, a quienes estén alzados en armas; vencido este término, y siempre que se den las previsiones establecidas en el artículo II, se tramitarán las solicitudes de amnistía a quienes se hallen detenidos o condenados por rebelión, sedición o asonada y delitos conexos, salvo las excepciones a que se refiere el inciso 2º. del artículo 1º.
