Sello Gastronómico Colombiano

Ley 2144 de 2021 · por medio de la cual se dictan normas encaminadas a salvaguardar, fomentar y reconocer la gastronomía colombiana y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Créese el sello de gastronomía tradicional colombiana, el cual será expedido por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio en coordinación con los Ministerios de Cultura y de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.

Parágrafo

La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, los Ministerios de Cultura, de Comercio, Industria y Turismo y el Comité Asesor de Política para el conocimiento, la salvaguardia, el fomento de la alimentación y las cocinas tradicionales, d finirán los requisitos para reglamentar el sello de Gastronomía tradicional colombiana.
