SEPARACIÓN TEMPORAL . Cuando el Agente sea condenado por la Justicia Penal Militar o la ordinaria a la pena principal de arresto, o prisión por delitos culposos, será separado en forma temporal por el tiempo de condena.

Parágrafo

El Agente de la Policía Nacional, separado temporalmente no tiene derecho a devengar sueldos, primas, ni prestaciones sociales mientras cumple la pena, ni ese lapso se considera como de servicio para ningún efecto.
