Articulo 1° Modifícase en lo referente al Instituto Caro y Cuervo el artículo 1° del Decreto número 2261 de 1947, en los siguientes términos: Suprímanse dos Auxiliares de $ 350 mensuales cada uno y en su lugar créanse tres puestos de segundos Auxiliares, con una asignación mensual de $ 200 cada uno. Con la diferencia que representan estas nuevas asignaciones auméntase el sueldo de la Mecanotaquígrafa, que tendrá funciones de Oficial de Secretaria, a $ 250 mensuales.
