º . Actualización del censo electoral. Para la actualización y conformación del censo electoral de los ciudadanos colombianos inscritos en el exterior, cada oficina consular o embajada enviará dentro de las fechas establecidas, utilizando el medio más ágil e idóneo, la información de los formularios de inscripción de votantes debidamente diligenciados, a la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil .
