ARTICULO 6 º. Oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivelejec utivo del cuerpo de vigilancia. Son oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo del cuerpo de vigilancia urbana, rural y de Policía judicial, los egresados de las escuelas de formación que educan, instruyen, comandan y cumplen funciones destinadas al mantenimiento del orden público interno en el territorio nacional.
