En todo contrato que el Gobierno celebre para la explotación de huano, carbón, etc., se hará constar la extensión que comprende la respectiva concesión, que no excederá de diez kilómetros de longitud por diez de latitud; y estará determinada - si ello fuere posible - por linderos arcifinios o geográficos.
