Verificada por el Juzgado Nacional de ejecuciones Fiscales la liquidación de los juicios que se van a transigir, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 4º del Decreto 1968 de 1950, se obtendrá el concepto previo de la Contraloría General de la República y se procederá luego a extender la respectiva acta de transacción.
