Pérdida De La Calidad De Representante De Las Asociaciones De Usuarios Ante La Junta Directiva

Decreto 2141 de 2011 · por el cual se reglamenta la elección de los representantes de las Asociaciones de Usuarios ante la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Cancerología - Empresa Social del Estado y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Pérdida de la calidad de representante de las Asociaciones de Usuarios ante la Junta Directiva . La calidad de representante de las Asociaciones de Usuarios ante la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Cancerología - Empresa Social del Estado se perderá en los siguientes eventos

Por inasistencia injustificada a tres (3) sesiones consecutivas o cinco (5) durante el año.

Por comprobarse alguna causal de inhabilidad, incompatibilidad o conflicto de intereses, establecidos en la ley.

Por las demás causas que se establezcan en las normas relativas a la participación o en los reglamentos de la Junta Directiva.
