La incorporación de los empleados a la planta de personal establecida en el artículo 2º del presente decreto, se efectuará dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de su publicación, teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo 45 de la Ley 909 de 2004 y el artículo 87 del Decreto 1227 de 2005.
