La reunión en un mismo centro, de una estación o granja agrícola, una Escuela Superior de Agricultura y el servicio de divulgación correspondiente, se denominara Instituto Agrícola. El Gobierno procederá a completar a la mayor brevedad, los institutos agrícolas de Bogotá, Medellín y Palmira. A medida que los recursos de Erario lo permitan y las necesidades del país lo exijan, el Gobierno acometerá fundación de institutos agrícolas en otras secciones del país.
