° El Inspector General de Correos y Telégrafos, asociado del Jefe de la Contabilidad de su Oficina, se trasladarán a Tunja, y en un término no mayor de diez días levantarán la cuenta, por tanteo, si fuere necesario, o recogerán los documentos y datos para formularla en esta ciudad. Deberán deducir el alcance líquido que resulte contra el responsable o responsables de las cuentas, y establecer las acciones correspondientes por medio de los respectivos funcionarios, para hacer efectivas las responsabilidades civil y criminal a que haya lugar.
