ARTICULO 25 . Profesión de policía. La actividad policial es una profesión. Como tal sólo podrá ser ejercida por personas que acrediten títulos de idoneidad profesional, expedidos por los respectivos centros de educación policial y reconocidos por el Gobierno según normas vigentes.
