Article 7

El Servicio Religioso Castrense De Las Fuerzas Militares Está Constituido Por: A) El Vicario Castrense, Arzobispo De Bogotá, Primado De Colombia, A Quien Le Será Otorgado Por El Gobierno Nacional El Grado De Brigadier General Ad Honorem; B) La Jefatura Del Servicio Religioso Castrense; C) Las Parroquias Militares Correspondientes A Los Comandos De Las Fuerzas Y Escalones Subordinados Hasta Los Comandos De Brigada O Sus Equivalentes En Las Otras Fuerzas; D) Las Capellanías Castrenses Adscritas A Las Parroquias Según Sus Necesidades Y Reparticiones

º El Servicio Religioso Castrense de las Fuerzas Militares está constituido por

a)

El Vicario Castrense, Arzobispo de Bogotá, Primado de Colombia, a quien le será otorgado por el Gobierno Nacional el grado de Brigadier General ad honorem;

b)

La Jefatura del Servicio Religioso Castrense;

c)

Las Parroquias Militares correspondientes a los Comandos de las Fuerzas y escalones subordinados hasta los Comandos de Brigada o sus equivalentes en las otras Fuerzas;

d)

Las Capellanías Castrenses adscritas a las Parroquias según sus necesidades y reparticiones.
