Medida de seguridad para indígena inimputable. Cuando se trate de indígena inimputable por inmadurez sicológica y se le imponga como medida de seguridad su reintegro al medio ambiente natural, se oficiará al Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad para que provea su regreso a la tribu a que pertenece.
