La Nación y el Banco de la República efectuarán las operaciones de cesión, celebrarán todos los contratos y realizarán todas las operaciones requeridas para los efectos de lo previsto en los artículos 5° y 6° de la presente Ley, en la forma y términos que defina el Decreto reglamentario.
