Garantia De Interconexion

ARTICULO 68. GARANTIA DE INTERCONEXION. Los operadores de la Red Telefónica Pública Conmutada (RTPC), garantizarán a los operadores de la Red de Telefonía Móvil Celular (RTMC), el acceso hacia las centrales de conmutación con el fin de satisfacer el interés de tráfico de estos. El operador de la Red de Telefonía Móvil Celular (RTMC), solicitará la capacidad de interconexión necesaria y el operador de la Red Telefónica Pública Conmutada (RTPC) deberá suministrarla, para garantizar el grado de servicio y la calidad establecida por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.

Parágrafo

La capacidad de interconexión en cuanto a rutas y enlaces, se dimensionará de tal forma que contemple la redundancia necesaria, para asegurar la confiabilidad y continuidad del servicio.
