Sustitúyase el artículo 56 de la Ley 84 de 1989 el cual quedará así:
Artículo 56. Las sanciones impuestas no eximen de la responsabilidad policiva señaladas en el Título XIII de la Ley 1801 de 2016 , civil, fiscal, penal o disciplinaria a que haya lugar.
