ARTICULO 2° Para los efectos del reconocimiento de las indemnizaciones de que trata el presente Decreto, el tiempo de servicios continuos se contabilizará a partir de la fecha de posesión como empleado público en el órgano o en la entidad en la cual se produce la supresión del empleo.
