Artículo tercero. Los contratos que celebre el Departamento del Choco para la ejecución de las obras, requerirán para su validez la aprobación del Departamento Administrativo de Planeación y Servicios Técnicos.

Parágrafo

La Gobernación del Departamento del Chocó rendirá mensualmente un informe, al Departamento Administrativo de Planeación y Servicios Técnicos, sobre la ejecución de las obras de que se habla en el presente Decreto.
