La Junta de Conversión procederá a contratar una edición de billetes representativos de oro. Los nuevos billetes serán fabricados del modo más perfecto posible y en papel hecho ad hoc. Este papel llevará como marcas de agua el escudo nacional y los demás signos y contraseñas que la Junta, con aprobación del Gobierno, determine. El contrato que la Junta celebre necesita de la aprobación del Gobierno, y en él se estipulará que las planchas que sirvan para la fabricación sean entregadas en esta capital, para ser guardadas en las Cajas de la Junta.
