El presente decreto rige a partir del día siguiente a su publicación y es aplicable a los contratos celebrados con posterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y adiciona el Capítulo 20 al Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 al Decreto número 1074 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
