Los artículos, productos o mercaderías que tengan marcas falsificadas o imitadas, según los términos de esta Ley, serán vendidos en subasta pública, una vez que se hayan destruido las marcas, y su valor se destinará a indemnizar a los perjudicados. El remanente, si lo hubiere, se destinará a la instrucción pública del lugar en que se hizo el decomiso.
