El Ministerio de Educación Nacional procederá a ordenar la elaboración de un retrato al óleo del connotado institutor caldense, el que será colocado en el salón de sesiones del Concejo de Armenia. El retrato llevará al pie la siguiente leyenda: "El Congreso de Colombia a don Eudoro Granada Arango, ilustre institutor".
