El Artículo 216 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:

Corresponde a la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo conocer de las acusaciones por inconstitucionalidad de los decretos dictados por el Gobierno, cuando no sean de los expedidos en ejercicio de las facultades de que tratan los Artículos 76, ordinales 11 y 12, 80, 121 y 122 de la Constitución.
