Tratándose de mercancía abandonada por virtud de esta Ley, el saldo líquido del producto del remate, después de pagadas las partidas que se acaban de enumerar, se depositará en la Tesorería General y sólo se entregará a quien pruebe su propiedad sobre la mercancía rematada. Cuando se trate de mercancía decomisada o voluntariamente abandonada, quedará de propiedad de la Nación ese saldo. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
