Ley 4 de 1934 · POR LA CUAL SE ABRE UN CRÉDITO ADICIONAL AL PRESUPUESTO DE GASTOS DE LA ACTUAL VIGENCIA Y SE DICTAN MEDIDAS PARA LA PREPARACIÓN DEL PROYECTO DE PRESUPUESTOS.

Autorízase al Gobierno para hacer la estimación de los ingresos que puedan recaudarse sobre la base de las leyes existentes y que se incluyan en el Presupuesto de rentas, sin sujeción al artículo 14 de la Ley 64 de 1931 . La estimación podrá hacerla el Gobierno de acuerdo con los factores económicos y rentísticos que considere más seguros para hacer un cálculo probable.

Parágrafo

Este artículo se aplicará solamente en la preparación de los Proyectos de Presupuestos Nacionales correspondientes a las vigencias de 1935 y 1936.
