Justicia territorial y rural . El Plan Decenal del Sistema de Justicia previsto por el artículo 108 de la Ley 1753 de 2015, cuya secretaría técnica está a cargo del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, a efectos de definir las prioridades y criterios territoriales, incluirá la adopción del modelo de justicia con enfoque sistémico y énfasis rural que prevé el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2014-2018.
