El que administre los recursos de la campaña electoral que exceda los topes o límites de gastos establecidos por la autoridad electoral, incurrirá en prisión de cuatro (4) a ocho (8) años, multa correspondiente al mismo valor de lo excedido e inhabilitación para el ejercicio de derechos y funciones públicas por el mismo tiempo.
