° . Modifíquese el numeral 9 del artículo 70 del Decreto 2147 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “ 9. Acreditar un patrimonio de dos mil trescientos salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes (2.300 smmlv). Este requisito será sustituido por el previsto en el numeral 2 del artículo 29 del presente decreto, cuando quien pretenda ser usuario operador solicite la declaratoria de existencia de la zona franca permanente”.
