Al que, fuera de los casos permitidos por la ley, fabrique, adquiera o conserve dinamita u otra materia u objetos explosivos o inflamables, o gases o bombas mortíferas, o sustancias que sirvan para la composición o fabricación de ellos, se le impondrá prisión, de uno a cinco años.
