° Intereses en favor de los trabajadores. El Fondo Nacional de Ahorro liquidará y abonará en cuenta intereses del nueve (90) por ciento anual sobre las cantidades que el 31 de diciembre de cada año figuren a favor de cada empleado público o trabajador oficial, inclusive sobre la parte de cesantía que se encuentre en poder de establecimientos públicos o empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado que gocen del plazo previsto en el artículo 47.
