La Dirección Nacional de Presupuesto en cumplimiento del artículo 7º. de la Ley 25 de 1977 comunicará oficialmente a la entidad beneficiada, durante los tres primeros meses de la correspondiente vigencia fiscal, el monto de la apropiación y los requisitos legales para su cobro.
