Artículo primero. El gobierno nacional, por conducto del ministerio de hacienda y crédito público -dirección general de crédito público- procederá a efectuar la sexta emisión de bonos de bienestar familiar, correspondiente al año de 1974, por valor de doscientos cincuenta millones de pesos ($250.000.000.00) moneda corriente.
