° Los Juntas Electorales que residen en las capitales de las Circunscripciones Electorales se instalarán el tercer domingo de Abril, con el fin de verificar el escrutinio de los votos emitidos por las Municipalidades, declarar la elección y comunicarla á los elegidos, al Ministerio de Gobierno y á los respectivos Gobernadores.
