En todas las estaciones de radiocomunicaciones que operen en el territorio nacional, es obligatoria la observancia de las disposiciones que establecen los convenios internacionales vigentes y sus reglamentos, inclusive las radiotelegráficas para servicio público, especialmente respecto a las señales de auxilio.
