Art. 69. Para que el Consejo Directivo conceda examen de habilitación se requiere que el que lo solicite presente motivo suficiente, á juicio del Consejo, para no hacer en la Escuela el curso de que se trata. Los motivos comunmente aceptables serán: instrucción suficiente al tiempo de entrar á la Escuela, debidamente comprobada; grave perjuicio en seguir el curso dictado en el Instituto; el haber sido aplazado en el examen anual anterior.
