Parágrafo

del artículo 2° y del artículo 4° de este decreto, serán de obligatorio cumplimiento para las cámaras de comercio y su inobservancia dará lugar a las sanciones previstas en el ordenamiento jurídico de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el numeral 6 del artículo 11 del Decreto número 2153 de 1992 y demás normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o complementen.
