Ordénase la preservación, restauración y conservación del monumento histórico, "Iglesia y Monasterio de La Concepción", ubicado en el antiguo Centro Cívico de Santa Fe de Bogotá, en área de terreno comprendida, conforme a la actual nomenclatura entre las calles 10 y 11 y las carreras 9 y 9-A, declarada zona de utilidad pública e interés social por la Ley 3º. de 1962.
