Art. 4° El crédito necesario para la ejecucion de la presente lei, se considerará incluido en el Presupuesto de gastos para la próxima vijencia económica, i en los créditos adicionales al presupuesto en curso, en la parte en que los gastos que cause el cumplimiento de esta lei, deban efectuarlos.
