El artículo 299 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, quedará así:
Artículo 299. REDUCCION DE PENA EN CASO DE CONFESION. A quien, fuera de los casos de flagrancia, durante su primera versión ante el funcionario judicial que conoce de la actuación procesal confesare el hecho, en caso de condena, se le reducirá la pena en una sexta (1/6) parte.
