Desembolso de los créditos educativos. El Icetex realizará directamente a favor de las instituciones de educación superior y las instituciones de educación para el trabajo y desarrollo humano el desembolso de los créditos por concepto de matrícula y derechos de grado (en caso que aplique al programa). Así mismo, girará directamente al beneficiario el valor por concepto de apoyo de sostenimiento, mediante el mecanismo de desembolso que establezca el Icetex.
