º El Decreto 750 de 1987, artículo 2º, quedará así: "Corresponde al Tribunal Especial de Instrucción investigar los delitos de homicidio previstos en los artículos 323 y 324 del Código Penal; los de lesiones personales, con excepción de los contemplados en el artículo 340 del mismo Código; y los conexos con éstos, cuando su ocurrencia causa una especial conmoción social que agrava la perturbación del orden público y dificulta su restablecimiento".
