ARTICULO 17.
El Ministro de Defensa Nacional o su delegado, quien la presidirá;
El Comandante del Ejército o su delegado;
El Segundo Comandante y Jefe de Estado Mayor del Ejército;
El Subsecretario General del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional;
El Jefe del Departamento 4 del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares;
El Intendente General del Ejército.
