Las pensiones de jubilación, invalidez y vejez a cargo de personas naturales y jurídicas del sector privado, causadas hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1971, se aumentarán así: En ciento cincuenta pesos ($ 150.00) más un diez por ciento (10%) del valor mensual de la pensión, cuando ésta no exceda de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000.00) y, en cien pesos ($ 100.00) más un cinco por ciento (5%), del valor de la pensión, cuando ésta sea superior a los dos mil pesos ($ 2.000.00) mensuales.
