Prima de clima. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que presten sus servicios en climas rigurosos o malsanos, tendrán derecho a recibir mensualmente una prima que se denominará prima de clima, equivalente a un diez por ciento (10%) del sueldo básico. El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional determinará los lugares en que deba reconocerse.
