La Nación contribuirá con la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00) para la celebración del Segundo Congreso Hispanoamericano de Historia de Cartagena de Indias, convocado para el mes de noviembre de 1961, como uno de los homenajes que se tributarán a Cartagena en la fecha de su sesquicentenario, según Resolución dictada por la Academia de Historia de Cartagena, de fecha 10 de abril del a\o de 1959 en curso.
